Please take a look :)

We have updated our menu which includes new cupcake flavours and frostings. We have also decreased the minimum order for 2" cupcakes to 20pcs, and added the option of ordering 16pcs of 2.5" cupcakes for a cheaper price. This menu is effective starting on Jan 1st 2012.

Please take note that our Cup My Coconuts cupcakes are vegetarian friendly. We will be adding more vegan cupcakes to our menu in the coming months.
True Story: As a taste test, I baked it and served it to friends and family without telling them that they were vegetarian cupcakes, they devoured it and gave me 2 thumbs up!  Personally, I liked it too.

I'm looking forward for the exciting year of 2012 - the year of the Dragon, the year for me to upkeep EatMe-Cupcakes' success, and the year where I will be visiting my dearest and the truly-dearly-missed bestie in the UK.

And again, Have a Merry Christmas!  To those who will be traveling, safe journey to you and your loved ones. :)

A little note for the month of Joy!

Here comes December.. and I truly regret to say that we will not be able to take your orders for the month of December as my family and I are going to my husband's hometown for Christmas for a couple of weeks. I will still be able to take in orders via email (eatme-cupcakes@hotmail.com) for the months of 2012 and will try to response back to your email as soon as I could.

The good news is that I won't be gone for long and we will back with baking business on the 1st of January 2012.  ;)

Till then, have a merry Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

S'mores... Who wants s'more S'mores?

Oh S'mores.... I remember my first experience eating them.. We were in Yosemite, California for a short holiday. We rented a bungalow with a few of our friends. It was cold outside, and chilly inside the house. The fireplace was burning good, so we sat near to it to keep warm and the guys started to take out Hersheys chocolate bars, Graham crackers and marshmallows.  Coming from an asian country - Malaysia- I didn't know what they were planning to do with these 3 ingredients.

And so my husband told me they were going to make S'mores and showed me how to make them..how to toast the marshmallow - just enough that it's not too burnt but hot enough to melt. Sandwich 1 small bar of Hershey's chocolate and the just-toasted-1 second-ago marshmallow with 2 pieces of Graham crackers. Boy, I weren't sure if I was in hell or in heaven when I ate it. It was sinfully sinfully soooo good! And I wanted more.. i couldn't stop eating them (and that is how they got the name, S'mores. 'Cause you always want more after eating 1) With the first bite, the marshmallow oozes out from the burning crusts and it melts the chocolate -in your mouth! And the crackers gave it a good crunch and texture to the whole sinfully omgoodness delicious gooey mess - in your mouth!

This is what it S'mores look like:

And so... here I present to you S'mores Cupcakes with Marshmallow Frosting. ;) This is also an omgoodness delicious gooey mess - in your mouth! Truly.

PS: I wanted to bury my face in the frosting when I was making them. It was that sinful. ;)
